Dear ,
You have this beautiful seed within, that wants to grow and sprout.
You want to see your vision, your project become realised.
The first thing I want to tell you is, that it’s all already inside of you. All!
The challenge is to bring it to the surface of your conscious awareness.
It’s like a seed that resides deep within you and you need to keep it nurturing.
And like a farmer, allow it to grow at its own pace and enjoy each moment.
Enjoy every little growth step, not only the flower or the fruit at the time of completion.
Don’t put it under pressure! Allow it to emerge from deep within you!
I’m Elisenda Kirchmayr, a transpersonal coach and music therapist and I help people in their midlife to connect to themselves, find their mission and serve the world with purpose.

It’s a perfect tool to help you to make, what’s inside of you, visible and more clear.
Let me explain to you, what you will do in the video below:
- Connect with your intention and receive clarity about the unfolding of your project.
- Body relaxation.
- Allow images to arise with music through the song, River Loves the Ocean (4.52 minutes)
- Draw what you have seen, or what wants to emerge. (Prepare a white A3 paper and oil crayons, or whatever colours you have at home.)
- Observe what you have seen and drawn! Now journal on these questions:
- What do you see?
- What does it mean for you?
- What is becoming more clear about your project?
- What does it want to achieve?
- What action steps does it suggest?

Be aware that in the next couple of days, you might get more information or realisations on your project. You might have a dream, a sudden inspiration, a little hunch, or an intuition.
