Overcome Obstacles: Sound Healing & Light Language
Simply take 15 minutes for yourself in a calm spot. Put on your headphones, close your eyes, and listen. Breathe in the sound frequencies. They will regulate your nervous system and adjust you to get back on track.
Your mind will probably go a bit like “What is going on here?!" But don't mind your mind. Let it step aside and give space for your soul, your heart and your body.
Then return to your project and apply the next little steps you may have received guidance for during the sound healing.
What you’re here to create can’t be forced. It will be birthed by you. Overcoming, step by step by step.
