I could never find talent on Upwork.

Missed deadlines.
Unclear deliverables.
Constant back-and-forth.

But the truth is...

The problem was me (and lack of a system).

So this time, I did things differently (re-launching my personal pod):

No more guessing or scrambling. Just clarity.

With a system in place we still had back and forth...

But since it was organized (& he's great to work with) I was EXCITED to keep going.

And also gave him 250% bonus for first payment.

Best of all, we're off to a GREAT start working together.

As Michael Gerber said in The E-Myth Revisited:

"Systems run the business and people run the systems."

Both critical parts of the equation.

It’s become clear to me recently that I’m very excited to publish more on my own channels (specifically YouTube + podcast).

No big plan. Just following excitement.

Here’s what clicked:

By not taking a tiny step toward what we want most, we’re actually choosing against it.

Of course we don’t know the exact path.

But clarity comes after the first steps, not before.

My goal for March was to publish 1 video on my personal YouTube channel. (I just published this clip on overthinking and also this clip on building confidence.)
