Thank you for being part of my ARC TEAM!
You are receiving this email because you are part of the Her Alien Warrior launch team! We went live on April 2nd 2024! And I'm so very thankful to you for helping share this book with the bookish community.
**There is an IMPORTANT NOTE about joining the Her Alien Insurgent ARC TEAM in this email. Please do read this note.
If you're anything like me you like to know a bit of data about how things went after a book launch!
"I crawl right up in the mind of the reader and caress them with my words and hope they've got a good dose of happy chemicals smathered on their brainium"
Well, we launched around the same time as some other really amazing authors, such as Grace Goodwin, Lynnea Lee, and Honey Phillips! So, I'd say we did pretty good running up against the big guns for launch week.
On the second day of launch we were at 19 reviews on Amazon and 51 reviews on Goodreads! A personal best. And a stellar 4.55 star average!
I couldn't have done any of it without your help, so a huge thank you to everyone.
Some comments within reviews that really made my day are:
"Renee might be my favorite female in this series"
"Another alien romance knocked out of the park by Sky Robert"
"I didn't think she could write better than the last book I read of hers, but I was wrong!"
"Her Alien Warrior is thoroughly engaging read, and an excellent addition to the series!"
"All I can say is sign me up."
"I was SO invested from the get go."
"Without giving too much away, Chapter 13 made my heart drop."
"That alien peen sounds wondrous!"
"I can't wait to read more from this author."
These aren't all of them, but these all really made my heart fluffy. I can't describe how wonderful it makes me feel to see people enjoying my books, and I'm very grateful to have you on my team!
I'm aware that not every book I write will be for everyone, but it's because of the support of my ARC team that I push through all the barriers between me and my goals of being a full-time author that can support my family with being a "Mind Prostitute."
That's right, I crawl right up in the mind of the reader and caress them with my words and hope they've got a good dose of happy chemicals smathered on their brainium after the book is done. That's my goal to be the best damned mind prostitute that reading my books brings you happiness!
If you haven't got around to reading Her Alien Warrior:
That's okay, there are many ways to help support a book that aren't reviewing, and it will still be there to read when you get around to it and I'm excited to see your thoughts on the book if you decide to review! Want ideas on how to help spread the good alien peen word? Just message me, and I can send you a list of how to help indie authors!
"I wish to see every expression you make as you take my c--k for your pleasure" - Her Alien Warrior

LAUNCHED!
IMPORTANT NOTE for Her ALIEN INSURGENT
You don't have to reapply to be part of the next launch, once part of the team all you have to do is say "I'm In" when I send the opt-in invite. Coming soon.
You can add this book to your Goodreads TBR here:
Her Alien Insurgent (Treasures of Trillume, #3) by Sky Robert | Goodreads
Another note of importance is that Her Alien Insurgent is on a TIGHT launch schedule due to launching Her Alien Warrior instead of waiting. I could have..., probably should have, put the launch of Her Alien Warrior aside, even though the book was finished, to focus my marketing efforts on writing and editing and finishing up the book I already had scheduled for launch, which was Her Alien Insurgent. AND THEN, after that launch, went into building and marketing Her Alien Warrior.
What can I say, I got a bit excited and have trouble keeping presents a secret... I'm literally the kind of person that buys the birthday or Christmas present and then gives it to the person IMMEDIATELY and then sidebar state... this is your present for such and such occasion. Then they proceed to stare at me funny as their said occasion is SEVERAL months away.
I already gave my kids their birthday present for this year... their birthdays are in AUGUST... it felt wrong to keep something as fun as the Nintendo Switch and Mario Kart kept hidden in the closet for 4 1/2 months. Eepp, I'm getting off topic. (I did hold back on two games I bought so I can give them each a "new" game on the day of and remind them that the system was their present.)
Back to the important note:
IF YOU are opting in for the Her Alien Insurgent ARC TEAM, Please save the last week of April or the first week of May towards reserving a reading opening for the book.
KEEP sometime between APRIL 25TH and MAY 7TH OPEN for the HER ALIEN INSURGENT ARC
I really don't want to have to push out the launch date, which is MAY 7th, 2024. But, if there aren't enough ARC readers available to push the book to the top of their coveted TBR during this time, I might be forced to push back the launch.
Not that everyone on the team has to reserve this time. It's okay if you're the kind of ARC reader who picks it up in the order of which they agreed to read books for other indies, I know some of you are super stars and have other authors you support, and some of you are casual readers who review the book later than on launch, but still commit to helping in other ways. That's okay, as I said many times, but bears repeating, you don't have to review to be part of my team.
That being said, if I don't have at least 20 people from the team who help launch the book at launch time, I will have to wait until more of the team can help.
Her Alien Warrior was able to reach 20 ratings on Amazon US, 2 on UK, 1 in AU, and 5 on Canada within the first two days of launch, and reached 50 reviews on Goodreads on day one of launch! These really help readers who are on the fence about taking a chance on an unknown author take the leap and try the book out! A huge thank you to everyone!
Based on those numbers it's clear a majority of my team is in the US, but I would LOVE to have more asses shaking in UK, CA, and AU! IF you are part of those territories and know other alien romance readers who would enjoy being on the team, just let them know I'd love to have them! Here is the shareable form to join the team!
https://forms.gle/XSaBECmCbMW3LvVN9 (This is for sharing with other ARC readers you think would enjoy my books, all territories welcome, you don't have to re-apply, you are already part of the team. xoxo)
I had most of Her Alien Insurgent written and then completely scrapped everything, starting from scratch to make the book what I wanted it to be.
Which is a nice blend of adventure and plot that people enjoy from the Treasures of Trillume series, but also interweaving that character driven romance that people enjoy from the Necia Warrior series.
I do read your reviews and really take things to heart on how to improve the story for more enjoyment. Thank you for being part of my team!
