Okay, I know this is weird, but I wanted to do a courtesy email to make sure everything was fine with your email.

I have this service that I periodically sweep my newsletter list to make sure there aren't any invalid emails/emails not in use/full etc. and your email came up as being "catch all".

What does that mean, Sky?

Yah, I didn't really know what that meant at first either. I had to look it up, because I was like... uhhh, that's weird because it clearly shows you've opened up emails from me and are active on my list... so, I was like, Whhaaaa?

Catch all emails means something is slightly off on the email I have for you, meaning you are still getting my emails somehow, but it's because your email provider is sending any email "close-enough" to your email to your actually email address. Meaning like if I accidentally added a dot between sky.robert.romances and my email doesn't have periods at all, the email would still make it to my inbox as long as no one claimed the sky.robert addy, but something in the email was not exactly as it should be. Which puts you at risk of not receiving emails from me if somehow someone else claims that slightly different email.

Like having ami@ gmail when it's actually amy@ gmail kind of thing.

Anyways, to the point. If you could double check the email address that this email is sent to and verify that it is accurate that would be super helpful!

Perhaps, there is an extra period? Or your name is slightly misspelled?

Please reply back to this email with whatever corrections I need to make so that we can make sure everything is set up and good to go on my end. That way we prevent any disruptions to receiving the newsletter in the future.
