First off, I just want to make sure I'm not the only one who understood what my puns were when I created the names for TKManAteHer because it's too funny not to share. Then, since this is the monthly newsletter, I will also include some life updates about myself.

Thomas Foresthick is supposed to phonetically sound like saying "Too much for this D-ck" (I can't tell you how many times I cracked myself up when I think of this name, but at the same time I also know it could also look like Forest Hick, and I really want people to read the name like one of those Mad Libs to hear the hilarity of Too much for thissss D. No? Just me then?

Amanda Foolerhound is more self-explanatory: she needed a man to fool around.

And their love starts off on a dating app and a meet up at a bookstore!

What more can you want from a steamy short story about a robot s-x bot sent back in time to save humanity? TK is his name, Thrust King #9. His saliva heightens nerve stimulation and lubricates. I stayed up into the wee hours of the morning to finish up getting Breaking Fate off to the ARC readers. I'm always nervous when I send out any of my books for the first time. The only person who's read the book so far are me, my mother, and my editor Tracy.

What's worse is that this is book two, so that means any new readers must first read book one, and thus, I must wait on the edge of sanity for my first reviews to come in.

I anxiously await my first reviews to trickle in to see how readers like it! It's a constant battle being an indie author. We struggle with doubts every time we press launch on any new book. I know it's not an alien romance, but now that I have this book set up, and I don't have any more deadlines looming over me, I can now refocus on getting back to the Trillume Universe!

My mom doesn't read my alien romances because she can't get over the knowing that her daughter wrote the spicy scenes that she calls "..." Literally, she says, "Dot. Dot. Dot."

She knows what I write, but she gets excited when I launch a book that she's more comfortable reading, which my slow burn romances are definitely tamer than my alien romances. It's not that my Medusa retelling is closed door, but as the romance is slow burn there isn't any spice between the mains until they figure things out.

I'm working on writing book three now, while book two is off to arc readers.

I'm not setting a launch date for book three yet, because I don't want to stress myself out, but I hope to try to do a quick launch to piggy-back off of the excitement of book two Breaking Fate. So, I won't make readers wait a whole year for book three.

I like to write multiple books at the same time, because I hop between projects.
