Hi ,
You're receiving this email because you're part of my STREET TEAM!
In this email there is an OPT-IN for Breaking Fate's ARC TEAM!
All arcs are opt-in. Otherwise, simply being on the street team you will get new release and arc opt-in emails only.
Also, this is the opportunity to gather your fellow buddy readers to join the team, and they can grab Taking Medusa to catch up with you and read Breaking Fate along with you! Do you know someone that would be perfect for the team?
This button/link is for you to invite a buddy read to the team: https://forms.gle/E4fDug5VjVctrwDG7
I'm still working on finishing up Breaking Fate, but I find that my mind is having trouble concentrating because I'm paranoid about whether there are even enough readers for the ARC team to launch book two.
We are nine months since Taking Medusa's launch and still stagnant at 44 Amazon reviews and 68 Goodreads reviews. (meaning only one new review in the last 30 days.)
With only 44 to 68 reviews on book one, this makes me nervous for book two, when 50 reviews is the goal for any launch within launch month and we don't even have that on book one after 9 months.
If you were part of the Taking Medusa launch team and have already left a review, thank you so much! If you have not read it and still need a copy of book one, just let me know. I also have Audible promo codes if you would prefer to listen to the book instead. Links on where to review Taking Medusa are below.
ACTION REQUIRED: If you have already read Taking Medusa and are excited to read book two, please reply to this email to OPT-IN to the active ARC team for Breaking Fate by saying: "I'm IN!" "TO THE DARK GODS!" "MEDUSA for the win!" Anything really that tells me you're on board to help launch Breaking Fate during September/October (Launch date is set for OCT 2nd 2024)
If you have not read Taking Medusa and you would like to be part of the launch team for Breaking Fate, please OPT-IN by replying with any form of "I'm in" as well as including how/when you will be reading Taking Medusa. This is a series and even though I do write my books to be easy to read even without having read a previous book, book two follows directly after events of book one and it's important to read in order. How: Do you still need a copy of Taking Medusa sent? Yes, I need a copy! Yes, I 'd like to listen to it on Audiobook if that's okay? Yes, yes it is perfectly more than okay! Will you be reading it in KU? When: Reading it this month to prepare for the ARC coming in JULY!! Reading it today! Reading it this week! Will be reading it over the summer back to back, Taking Medusa then the Breaking Fate ARC!
I'm not particular about the how or when, just that I can set my brain at ease that I have enough readers for Breaking Fate's launch on October 2nd 2024.
The active ARC team for Breaking Fate will be emailed in JULY with the ARC!
Right now, I still need 6 more people to review Taking Medusa on Amazon for me to feel more comfortable with launching book two. (No, reviewing is not a requirement of being on my street team/arc team. There are plenty of ways to help the launch that don't include reviewing. But, reviews do help the algorithms promote my book to new readers and for some reason 50 is one of the first hurdles towards visibility with Amazon.) If you are able, it does make a huge difference.
