Do you:
A. Tell them what to do now, or
B. Give them the space to do their own thinking?

I recently finished reading This Is Strategy by Seth Godin, featuring yours truly somewhere in the text.
The first line from my notes reads: "Rather than a better product or service what about a better strategy."
