Fix Your Process, Not Your People: Why Adding Value Cost Him a Deal - with Grant Harris

Grant Harris, founder of GTH Consulting, leads with one line: fix your process, not your people. Then a cold inbound speaking lead arrived with the budget approved and the association's president already sold on him, and instead of taking the offer, he proposed a leadership session and extras before and after the talk. The planner had to reopen an approved budget and review a second proposal, and he was not selected - rightfully so, he says.
