Today is the last chance to book on to our brand new workshop Key Skills for Therapists

Our CBT Bootcamp series gives you a chance see exemplars and practice key skills live.

This workshop is a hands on, experiential practical session focusing on 3 key skills essential to effective CBT practice.

For each of the three skills in each bootcamp there will be a short overview followed by a demonstration of effective practice. We then move on to giving participants the chance to work in triples to practice these skills with each other followed by supportive, constructive non-judgmental feedback.

The three key skills we will be focusing on are:

With breaks and opportunities for reflection, the session will be a distintive opportunity for you to brush up on key skills.

For each skill we will examine (i) basic application (ii) troubleshooting (iii) advanced use. This will help participants firm up on core techniques, tackle challenges and expand their application.

The workshop is open to all CBT therapists or therapists using CBT in their practice whether in training, newly qualified or experienced. All participants will receive a certificate confirming 3 hours of skills-based training.

Due to the participatory nature of the workshop places are limited to 12.
