Hello Romance Readers,

I've been busy alternating my time between the writing and editing caves.

Lots of new stories that revisit previous characters and introducing new swoon worthy heros and feisty heroines.

Here is a sneak peek into Stealing a Scoundrel's Heart that releases in May:

"... Little did anyone know that he was fraud, a scoundrel without a heart. Hell and damnation, he wanted to take Marjorie to bed… and not to rest. He leaned back in his chair and continued with his act of exaggerated despair. “After spending an entire day traveling in close quarters, I rather hoped you would consider us more than mere acquaintances… more like friends. Close friends.” No longer acting, he spoke the truth. “We should simply agree to dispense with the use of honorifics. Wouldn’t you agree, Marjorie?” He tilted his head, arched his right eyebrow, and gave the lady his famous smirk. He didn’t have a dimple to wield like Foxton, but he’d mastered the right amount of self-confidence and smugness to accompany the slight curve of his lips which often resulted in capturing a woman’s full attention which then led to the lady leaning forward to press her lips against his. Damn. He shouldn’t be attempting to lure Marjorie into kissing him. No kissing. Kissing led to… he shifted in his seat and took another long drink of mead. For years, he’d sought out comfort in the arms of a woman to banish the hollowness that assaulted him every time memories of his mama resurfaced. Only to discover he was left with more regret and remorse after he left their warm beds."

April FREEBIE

It's the beginning of the month and this month's FREE BOOK is Amelia by Stevie MacFarlane

Fresh out of Mrs. Pettigrew's School for Young Ladies, Amelia Westcott and her two best friends are ready for adventure. Suddenly a life filled with social obligations and meaningless gossip seems unappealing. On a whim the girls investigate the phenomena of young women heading west to marry, and Amelia is captivated by the freedom such a decision offers.

Hugh Jordon needs a wife. The severe shortage of women in the Pacific Northwest makes advertising for a bride seem reasonable. As long as he finds a wife who is the exact opposite of his tempestuous mother, he’ll be well satisfied. Studying the applicants, he chooses one that seems to best fit his needs, and delegates his head clerk with the critical task of sending polite rejections to the others. Unfortunately, most of them never receive the letter Hugh anticipated and soon the brides descend, all expecting to marry the same man, him!

Sounds interesting. I'd love to read Amelia for FREE
