In Memory of Erik Piechatzek
Rest in Peace – Erik Piechatzek
The club regrets to announce the sudden passing of former player Erik Piechatzek at the age of 45.
Erik was a valued member of the Buccaneers senior men's rugby and hockey teams for several years, actively participating both on the field and in the club’s social activities. Although Erik relocated to QC some years ago, he remained engaged with the Buccaneers’ alumni community, regularly attending club tours and various social events throughout the year, including Presidents Day.
In accordance with his family’s wishes, the club will be making a donation to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in Erik’s memory.
Those who wish to contribute may forward donations to Dean at [email protected].
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Erik’s parents, brother, sister, and extended family during this difficult time.
