Rugby Tour - Madison Barracks NY

Reminder: we are crossing the USA border. You need a valid, non expired passport, and a visa/ETA if applicable!

• We'll be playing in the 10s tournament hosted by the Barracks Rangers Rugby Football Club at Madison Barracks NY
• The tour is scheduled for Friday March 1st to Sunday March 3rd 2024
• Please book off the work day on Friday March 1st as we will leave at 9:00AM from the Leaside Pub
• Anyone who registered last season has insurance coverage for this tour as 2023 insurance coverage ends on April 30, 2024
• If you did not register with Rugby Ontario/Canada last season, or are a new player, you need to register for a 72-hour membership through Sportlomo or you cannot play on tour!! Please reach out if this applied to YOU

Pricing

• FINAL price TBD, but will be roughly:

around $550 CAD per person (for 2 person hotel room)

around $400 CAD per person (for 4 person hotel room, sharing beds)

• Please send a deposit of $200 to [email protected] to secure a spot. Full amount to be paid by Thursday February 29, 2024
• This cost includes the bus, 2 nights at the hotel and tour golf shirt
• If cost is an issue (especially if you are a student), PLEASE contact Dean, or anyone else on the Exec Team. We will figure out a payment plan. TOUR IS FOR EVERYONE!

Tentative Itinerary

Friday March 1st 2024

• leave The Leaside Pub @ 9:00 AM
• Cross the border
• Arrive in Rochester in early afternoon

Saturday March 2nd 2024

• Leave the hotel in the morning to play in the 10s tournament
• Social afterwards hosted by Barracks Rangers RFC

Sunday March 3rd 2024

• Leave Madison Barracks in the morning
• Cross the border
• Arriving at The Leaside Pub in the afternoon/evening
