What’s Happening In Narelle’s World?
Dear Friends,
Welcome to February! In Australia, February is the start of our new school year. My daughter has commenced full time university studies, and her schedule is a combination of online and in-person classes. A different world to when I attended university last century, lol.
I’m excited that I’ll be releasing my first brand new book in a long time this month! Never Find Another You (Trinity Lakes Romances, Book 1) ebook is releasing on February 21. It will be available in Kindle Unlimited by early March. The paperback is coming soon.

Trinity Lakes Romances multi-author contemporary Christian romance series is set in Washington State, USA. I’ve enjoyed working with a wonderful group of author friends to create a small town romance series with interconnected characters and storylines. I’m looking forward to sharing more books and cover reveals with you over the coming months.
Introducing Easter in Gilead CCR series
I’m excited to have the opportunity to write the last book in the new Easter in Gilead contemporary Christian romance series. I’m running behind on writing my book, set in Kansas, and I’ll be uploading my preorder at Amazon closer to Easter.
My author friends Valerie Comer, Elizabeth Maddrey and Heather Gray have their books on preorder. Here’s the cover and book description for Valerie’s book, Her Unlikely Hero, releasing February 28.
Her Unlikely Hero by Valerie Comer
Redemption and second chances abound in this small-town, single-mom romance with a former bad boy set at Easter.
Connor Hamelin’s Kansas farm boss offers wages through the winter if he’ll try out for the annual passion play. Connor’s been drifting, but sticking around sounds good. Figuring he can channel Judas, he auditions… and is cast as Jesus. Ugh, but maybe he’ll finally understand all the religious nuts in his life.
Single mom Zoey Matthews helps in the wardrobe department for the local passion play as well as participating in crowd scenes with her young daughter. Zoey might be intrigued by the unlikely guy cast as Jesus in this year’s production, but she’s not looking for romance, especially not with an unbeliever too similar to her bad-boy ex.
Connor doesn’t deserve a chance to make amends for his past nor another chance at love. He definitely doesn’t deserve the forgiveness of the Savior he’s portraying… but God is a God of redemption and second chances.
Her heart longs for a hero. He’s no one’s idea of a champion.
Visit Gilead, Kansas, and enjoy five romances behind the scenes at the town's annual passion play! Five beloved authors of Christian contemporary romance have teamed together to present Easter in Gilead. Read all five for a rich experience.

Paperback Giveaway - Dear Henry, Love Edith Or Cold Light of Day
My CCR selection is Dear Henry, Love Edith - a fabulous romcom novel by debut author Becca Kinzer. It was LOL funny, and the mistaken identity trope was beautifully done. Both Henry and Edith assume the other person is elderly, and they’re living under the same roof but don’t actually see each other. They communicate via notes, and their meet cute as strangers in the town diner is hilarious. I loved the quirky cast of characters who added to the misunderstandings in the story. I recommend Dear Henry, Love Edith to contemporary romance readers who like mistaken identity romcoms with a relevant faith element in the story. My alternative paperback selection is a romantic suspense new release set in Alaska. Cold Light of Day by Elizabeth Goddard is the first book in her Missing in Alaska series. I love Alaskan settings, and this book is set in the south eastern panhandle near Canada. Autumn is the police chief in a small town, and Grier is in Alaska to disappear and go off the grid. When dead bodies keep turning up, Autumn and Grier are forced to work together because their lives are in danger. I recommend Cold Light of Day to romantic suspense readers who like fast paced stories with many twists and turns combined with a satisfying romance and a light faith element in the story.
